Mindful Flow into Relaxation
Specially designed to ease you into relaxation, this class guides you through centering, breath work and gentle flowing movements to prepare your body and mind for stillness. Guided meditation allows your body to release tension and prepares you for the week ahead (all levels welcome).
This class targets primary muscle groups to assist in lengthening and relaxing tension throughout the body. Longer pose holds and intentional breath allow the body to fully relax and open (all levels welcome).
Slow Flow to Restore
Unwind your body and mind with a slow flow followed by restorative poses to decompress for the evening *Online Only* (all levels welcome).
Align & Flow
This class integrates an anatomy and or philosophical focus with a slow flow asana practice, imparting an experience of a mini workshop (all levels welcome).
Explore the mystical and vibrant world of the chakras (energy centers in the body) through inspiring vinyasa practices, meditation and breathing techniques, mudras, and more! (some yoga experience helpful).
Yin to Vin
Combining passive and active asanas, this practice unites the deep holds of “yin-style” yoga with an energizing vinyasa flow that culminates in a deeply satisfying experience (some yoga experience helpful).
This fusion class combines the muscle sculpting benefits of pilates with yoga postures designed to tone, lengthen & strengthen (Some experience helpful).
Flex & Flow
A perfect blend of vinyasa yoga flow, cardio bursts & free weights to get the best of all training methods. Ideal if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength (some experience helpful).
Each vinyasa class is intuitively sequenced and creatively delivered to emphasize fluidity and steady breath. Flow through a foundation of standing & seated postures, back bends, twists and inversions in this dynamic movement class (some yoga experience helpful).
