Yoga found Sara at just the right time, as it often does for so many of us. She was stressed and not feeling 100%, but not connecting the dots. Shortly after starting a regular practice, she noticed that she was feeling more fit, but more importantly, she was feeling better all around! That’s when she knew she wanted to share yoga with others, to help them find the kind of healing that she experienced herself.
Sara completed her 200-hour training in Akron where her yoga journey began and has been teaching for about three years. Her teaching style is fun, yet challenging. You can expect to explore some less common poses and unique variations when you practice with her in a safe and encouraging way.
