Sabrina first began her yoga journey in 2014. She quickly fell in love with the practice and began attending classes almost daily. Yoga not only strengthened her body but also transformed her mind and body, increasing her focus and becoming more present. She soon decided to deepen her practice and completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in 2015.
Sabrina loves to practice and teach several different styles of yoga, but her personal favorite is a vinyasa-based power flow. She enjoys creating challenging and empowering sequences set to fun music and share her love for the practice with others.
