An aspiring yoga teacher since the age of 19, Rae finally followed her inner wisdom and completed her 200-hour RYT education with Mat Happy Yoga. As a licensed therapist, Rae aims to integrate the healing practices of yoga with the transformative therapeutic foundations of self-awareness and self-love. With a teaching style rooted in mindfulness, Rae builds vinyasa classes that are meant to activate the body while quieting the mind as breath and body connect. Rae believes in cultivating a warm and inviting environment where yoga can be practiced with curiosity and freedom. She welcome all yogis, experienced or novice, to join her through the flux and flow of life!
Her hope is that each of her students leaves class feeling balanced, clarified, and empowered to carry the practice of yoga off the mat.
