Katie’s yoga journey began 10 years ago when she got curious and took her first class in college. Not long after did she begin to see the uplifting effects of yoga in her daily life; physically, emotionally & spiritually. Katie’s passion is to inspire students to find self love & to know that they are enough!
Katie’s background is in Hot Vinyasa, Barkan Method & beginner yoga. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Major in International Studies + Minor in French in 2012.
Off the mat, Katie is a floral designer, dog lover + travel addict.
