Jenilee rediscovered yoga nine years ago when she was pregnant with her son. She was on a mission for better overall health. Her love of yoga led her to the Mat Happy 200 hour yoga teacher training program, which she graduated from in 2018. As a nurse she knows the importance of incorporating a yoga practice with pranayama and meditation into everyday life. She loves to go into a class, release her mind from outside stressors, breathe, and move. Join Jenilee as she guides you into linking breath with movement in a fun, vinyasa style class.
