Jared discovered yoga in 2016 after realizing that foam rolling wasn’t going to alleviate the muscle stiffness he was experiencing from years of only resistance training.
After just a few yoga classes, he was able to ditch the foam roller, and yoga has been a part of his routine ever since. In addition to the positive impact on my physical well-being, Jared credits yoga with improving his mental well-being. As a yoga teacher, his goal is to share these same benefits with others.
When he’s not at the gym or practicing yoga, he’s usually at home relaxing with his significant other and two shelter mutts.
