Creative sequencing, an athletic flow, and the occasional dad joke. Colleen’s classes offer a methodically designed series of postures meant to guide you toward a peak pose, while leaving plenty of room for play and exploration. She’ll encourage you to build strength and flexibility, challenge you with a powerful vinyasa practice, but most importantly inspire you to keep it light-hearted and fun.
Colleen received her 200-hour certification in 2013, and has more than 1,000 hours of experience leading students of all levels in their practice. She has studied many different styles of yoga, and has additional training in anatomy, Pranayama, and Ayurveda.
Off the mat, Colleen keeps busy with a full-time job and a side hustle or two, but always has time for an outdoor romp with her dog Zulu or a tasty brew with friends.
