Jenny has been a yoga practitioner for 10 years and received her 200-hr certification in 2015. Her passion is vinyasa yoga, connecting movement to breath. If you’ve practiced in a room with Jenny, you’ve heard her audible and consistent breath; the ujjayi breath is what she believes allows us to grow in our physical yoga practice. Jenny’s classes are energetic and she creates a safe space to get “weird,” no matter what your experience.
Off the mat Jenny is likely rocking out at a concert, reading a book, rescuing a kitty or spending time with family and friends.
