Gina began practicing yoga about 10 years ago as a supplement to her everyday workout routine. Over time, however, it became so much more. Yoga is her chance to breathe and feel free. She truly believes in the healing power of yoga and laughter, and often tries to combine the two! Gina has been teaching yoga and group fitness since 2009. Off the mat, you can usually find her running, adventuring, or cuddling up with her four fur-babies.
